Company formation - order

We are familiar with the process of setting up a limited liability company, so we can complete all the formalities within 5 working days. Just fill out the form below and let’s get to work.

Choosing the right company name is crucial to building your brand identity. Remember that a good name should be memorable and easy to pronounce — so avoid overly complicated terms. If you don't know the advice, start by writing words and phrases that reflect the values and unique characteristics of the products or services you offer. Be sure to check the domain availability for your website and also make sure that the name is not protected by another company's trademark or is no longer used by another company — you can check this at justice.cz. Feedback from your colleagues and potential customers may also be useful to you.

Please check with justice.cz if such a name is not already used.

The subject of business is a key aspect of the business plan and should reflect all the main activities of your future business. List all the free trades that you want to operate and, if you are interested in tied trades, list them separately.

A thorough description of the subject of business is the cornerstone of your business plan and can influence the process of setting up a company. Therefore, also consider its future development and list all relevant subjects of business.

For clarity, please list each activity on a separate line and use clear and understandable names.

The share capital in the framework of the creation of a company provides certain financial stability and protection for creditors, since it serves as a kind of guarantee fund. We establish companies with a registered capital of at least CZK 1,000, but if you plan to invest more, you can of course set a higher amount.

In any case, the amount chosen should correspond to your needs and financial capabilities. If you decide to deposit more than CZK 200,000, you will need to prove the origin of these funds by law. This step ensures transparency throughout the process while serving as a prevention of money laundering.

The registered office of the company is of great importance from a legal point of view, as it determines the place where the administrative and organizational affairs of your company will take place. It is up to you whether you choose your own address or choose one of our offers. If you use your own address, we will also need the verified consent of the owner to use it from you.

However, if you choose a virtual residence from us, you have the choice of choosing an address in a more frequented or, conversely, more discreet location — in which case specify the preferred part of Prague or another city where you want to register the virtual residence. The rental price also depends on it.

The specified address will be marked in the Commercial Register and will serve as the official contact point of your company. If you are renting the premises, whether physically or virtually, we will need to provide the necessary documents or contracts confirming your right to use the premises.

But the address of the company is much more than just official significance. It's not just a physical location, it's part of your brand. If you choose a suitable address for your registered office, you can give your clients the impression that your services are more accessible to them. In addition, lucrative places evoke credibility and professionalism.

Enter the address of the seat. A certified consent of the owner will need to be delivered to the registered office. If you do not have a registered office and would like to arrange it from us, please enter the preferred part of Prague or another city where you would like to set up your virtual office

Indicate information about the owner of the address at which the registered office of your company will be registered. If you are the owner of it yourself, provide your personal data. If the registered office of another person or company is owned by another person or company, please provide their name, contact details and other relevant information.

In the event that the address does not belong to you, we will need proof that you have an agreement or consent with the owner of the residence to use it. As a result, we will be able to handle all the necessary administrative steps in accordance with the applicable legislation.

The disclosure of personal data of the owners of the company is one of the legal requirements associated with the company formation process. They become part of the social contract, are registered in the Commercial Register and then serve as official points of contact for legal correspondence. In addition, it also serves to identify them.

If the company has more than one executive, we will also need to know the percentage distribution of values so that we can choose the appropriate administrative procedures when setting up the company. As a result, we will ensure that the entire process takes place without unnecessary complications and in accordance with the interests of all stakeholders.
